We are honored to share important news that the New York State Legislature has unanimously passed the 9/11 Notice Act, a significant step towards supporting the forgotten victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks. This groundbreaking legislation aims to ensure that individuals who were employed in the Lower Manhattan and northern Brooklyn exposure zones between September 2001 and May 2002 receive notification from their employers regarding their eligibility for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) and the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP).
